Filipino residents rescue a woman from rising floodwaters in Las Pinas City, Philippines, on Monday, September 23. More than a dozen people were killed in the Philippines on Monday as heavy rains from Typhoon Usagi battered the main island of Luzon. There was at least 25 people that have died after Typhoon Usagi slammed into the coast of southern China bringing strong winds and heavy rain. Usagi forced the relocation of hundreds of thousands of people, the cancellation of hundreds of flights and the closing of a major shipping lane. There are so many strange weather events taking place in the world today. Things that never happened before are taking place in different parts of the world. We, the human, I can say are the cause of it. All these different things man is doing to the earth such as polluting the air and damaging the earth crust.
