Michael Landsberry, a military veteran, has been identified as the staff member who was killed while trying to stop a shooter at Sparks Middle School.
On Monday a student at a Nevada middle school opened fire on campus just before the starting bell. This result in two boys wounded and a teacher killed, who was trying to protect other children. Twenty to thirty students witnessed the tragedy. The gunman was reported dead.
