On November 6, 2013, Jason Ferguson, 32, was accused for murdering Vera Berry and her daughter Indiana Forbes, and was shot in his leg during the incidence. On November 12, 2013, he was charged with the murder of the woman and her daughter. Mr. Ferguson's lawyer request that he be seen by a doctor.
